1. Unconventional training and creativity
Knowing whether it's a lot of repetition with less weight or a little bit of heavy weight, creativity in training allows us to come up with more and more new solutions. Creativity will also allow us to diversify our training plan. It'll help us to prevent a workout routine and burn out. By my own definition, this is about moving away from rigid schemes, creating a personal plan that's tailored to our current purpose. We can use everything as a potential training tool and a place to practice. We need to know our body well. But we also need to determine if we're going to be able to keep up with our regular training routines and, in any case, we've got to do a lot more heavy exercise.
