The system of injuries and injuries in sports

In this article, I've decided to describe the most common types of injuries that can occur in sports, and how to avoid or cure them. There can be many causes, which is why there are many types of these disorders within the movement organ. All athletes, both professionals and amateurs, can suffer some kind of injury sooner or later.

Table of Contents

1. It's all about pulling

Another equally common cause is sudden and violent movements, which can result in dynamic injury. The mechanism of their action is the simultaneous formation of multiple micro-injury causing a violation of the continuity of the structure. The pain itself is localized and lying. Injury is one of the most common injuries not only among athletes but also among physically active people. Injuries affect both muscles, tendons, and joints. The symptoms of injury are primarily severe pain in the area covered by blood and reduced range of motion.

2. The following information is provided for the purpose of this Regulation:

In the case of the muscle, it is accompanied by destruction of the vessels and nerves supplying it, which results in a loss of complete control and the inability to perform any movement. A characteristic symptom of the rupture is the audible crunching or clicking at the moment of the injury itself. Often the whole is followed by internal bleeding, swelling and dislocation of the pathological area. Compared to previous injuries, the ruptured nerve is a very serious dysfunction.

3. It's a slap in the face

The mechanism of crushing is based on cell crushing, disruption of the continuity of intercellular fibers, and damage to blood vessels and nerves. Crushing is a group of minor injuries. The reason for this classification is the insufficient strength of the injury, which does not disrupt skin, muscle or bone fragments. Other commonly associated symptoms include swelling, dysfunction, increased temperature of the affected area, and scarring. This means that the entire injury involves the internal structure of the tissue.

4. It's a twist

In practice, four forms of this injury are distinguished: Io → tightening of the ligaments and the joint sac; IIo → fibrillation; ?? IIIo → tearing; IVo → rupture associated with dislocation of a fragment of the bone structure. Characteristic symptoms of the twist are pain (occurring during active movement), bleeding, swelling, forced angulation of the joint and sometimes of the entire body section. In this type of injury, the joints and knees are particularly affected, as a significant part of the cause of the injury is a fall or a violent/incorrect pose of the limb on an unstable or uneven footing.

5. It's a twist

In addition, there is a partial or total loss of joint contact. The most common causes of joint rupture are injuries, injuries leading to twisting of the muscle structures that stabilize the joints, inflammatory processes or cancers causing damage to the joint surfaces, as well as changes resulting from developmental disorders. Symptoms indicating the presence of twist are painful injuries during rest, blood, swelling of the arms, bruising and distortion of the outline of the joint affected by joint pathology.

6. It's a breakdown

The mechanism of the fracture itself can be varied it can be excessive bending (long bone tendons), detachment (aulsical fracture in which the attachments of other structures are stronger than the bones), shifting or twisting. Most often they are the result of osteoporosis or sterile bone martyrdom. They can be divided by the type of fracture or the degree of progression. Another and equally popular division of fractures is that which distinguishes between open and closed bone type. In turn, closed bones are the usual internal abnormalities.

7. It is not possible to calculate the value of the product in accordance with point (b) of paragraph 1 of this Article

It should consist of three stages: stretching, dynamic activities such as riding a stationary or bicycle, and static exercise consisting of performing a planned movement with a low load. Another equally important point is self-awareness. Weight is not an indicator of proper training, and poorly selected is a frequent cause of all injuries. I suggest that you take a moment to put your weight in your pocket and think about whether it would be better to perform proper exercise with your partner than to make a series of mistakes while exercising with your weight.

8. It is not possible to use this method to prevent the spread of infectious diseases

The first and most popular are, of course, pharmacological antiseptic and analgesic medicines. However, their long-term use is not indicated due to their burdensome effects on the stomach and liver. One of the best methods of injury control is physiotherapy. Due to their direct impact on the areas affected by the pathology, the recovery process is often shorter than in other therapeutic methods.
