The pumps, the anatomy, the benefits, the technique

Pumps are one of the best exercises that involve the upper body, but in an age of ubiquitous machines and increasingly sophisticated training, some people avoid or even consider them unnecessary.

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union

The training of this muscle is so important that it keeps the practitioner's structural balance of the upper body (spinal cord) in balance; the skeletal muscles mainly the frontal lobe of the femoral muscle, which very often cooperates with the greater thoracic muscle during any stretching; ?? the tricuspid arm (triceps) because of its function as a carrier of the shoulder and elbow joints. This improves the performance of other complex muscles, but also affects the quality of life.

2. Variants are easier and more difficult

We can try a pump using rubber, chains, weight shirts. It's much better than the version where we kneel because the second one doesn't allow us to work on the stabilization, so we lose a lot of the benefits of this exercise. So we get more involved with the muscles responsible for stabilization. For many people who don't have any problem with doing the classic pumps, this information may seem obvious. But if the classic version is too hard for us, we can try the version with the bench presses.
