The plaque is the most common disease

What is the role of the thyroid gland in the human body? How can it support thyroid function? thyroid dysfunction is one of the most common and ever-growing problems in the modern world.

1. The plate is a short characteristic

It is composed of two symmetrical plates connected by a narrow spine. The structures that make up the gland are the ribs, the glands, the cylindrical cells, the bladder cells, and the superficial lymph nodes of the C cells. Together with the thyroid glands it provides the proper functioning of the human body. The gland is a crucial structure in the fetal life of our future. As a result, the dysfunction of the functioning gland plays an important role in the body's functioning, and as a consequence, the disorders of the brain and the hormonal processes that lead to hormonal imbalances, which are a major factor in the growth and development of the body.

The hormones secreted by the thyroid gland include triiodothyronine (T3) and tetrahydrotyronone (T4), also called thyroxine, which regulate the production of this hormone and inhibit its secretion, including triiidothyronin, dopamine, somatotropin, and estrogens. The thyroid hormones are essential for the proper functioning of metabolic processes. They affect the metabolism of creatine in the muscles, the normal function of the calcium and hydroelectric economy, regulate muscle contraction, and affect the body's metabolism, as well as the process of hyperplasia of the bone marrow, the synthesis and utilization of hypoglycemia, and the function of skeletal organs and tissues.

4. Hashimoto's disease in Poland:

Hashimoto' s disease is the result of a disorder of the immune system. Alarming symptoms suggesting the need for testing for Hashimot' s diagnosis include antibodies to thyroid peroxidase (anti-TPO) and anti-thyoglobulin (anti Tg), antibonds to block binding to the TSH receptor, or anti-autoimmune agents directed against stomach lining cells, Castle' s agent, or adrenal cortex.

Hypothyroidism can be divided into primary and secondary, and congenital and acquired. A secondary form can result from disorders within the cerebrum or subcutaneous tissue. In addition to the symptoms that are specific to a particular thyroid disease, there are also a number of others that are typical of a condition of excessive thyroid hormone secretion. Also called hyperthreosis. The most commonly recognized are Graves-Bassed, Plummer and Goetz disease.

The functioning of the thyroid gland can be improved by including several important vitamins and minerals in the diet.

It contributes to the deterioration of iodine absorption and, consequently, increases the symptoms of hypothyroidism and reduces the production of triiodothyronine in the tissues and its concentration in the blood. Consumption of shellfish, seafood, milk and its derivatives, eggs, mushrooms, garlic and starch plants will provide an adequate supply of selenium; selen deficiency has serious effects on the thyroid gland. In addition, it may lead to oxidative destruction of thyroid or an increased susceptibility to autoimmune thyroiditis or inflammation of the intestine.

Good sources of iron are succulents, wet parsley, legumes, meat, eggs and cereal products; deficiencies of this element may result in reduced synthesis, increased secretion of thyroidotropins and enlargement of the thyroid gland and hypothyroidism.

Vitamin A is found in strawberries, parsley nuts, spinach, blueberries, broccoli, lettuce, peaches, milk and milk products, butter, eggs and dumplings; because triiodothyronine and tetrahydrotyronin are essential in the process of converting β-carotene into retinol and facilitate its absorption, patients with thyroid insufficiency are particularly at risk of its deficiency. We can only cover about 1020% of our vitamin D needs from food, including fish, vegetable oils, mushrooms, nuts or compulsory grease-enriched fats; thyroid conditions are known to be strongly linked to abnormalities in bone tissue, and thyroid hormones are essential for proper bone development.

12. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union

We get it by eating, for example, vegetable fats, nuts, vegetables or cereal products; moreover, vitamin E affects the excretionary function of the frontal lobe of the pancreas and thus also the secretion of thyroidotropin. It is essential for the functioning of the thyroid gland because it stabilizes the cell membranes, thus making it easier for triiodothyronine and thyroxine to act on cells.
