The paleo diet is a popular diet!

1. The paleo diet is a short story
The Paleolithic era is the longest period in human history, and it started when people learned to make primitive tools. The paleo diet was developed and promoted by Lauren Cordaine in a book called The Paleo Diet. The author is someone worth reading more about, so I'm just going to say that he's an American scientist specializing in diet and exercise physiology.2. The dietary assumptions
The basic premise of the paleo diet is to get back to the roots, which is to eat as natural as possible. Our ancestors didn't have stores, so their diet was devoid of products like flour, yeast, or bread. This means that they ate mostly the vegetables they collected, and the meat they hunted themselves. The paleo Diet is not strict, but it's a mixed feeling. My personal opinion is that the less processed products we choose, the better for our health, whereas we live in a time when you don't need to hunt, and you can go to the store, and probably our ancestor would have eaten differently if they had a marketplace.3. It's worth it
The benefits of excluding processed foods are enormous. 60% of people have problems digesting lactose, and a large percentage of people also have problems with gluten. Changing habits and removing products that contain these two compounds improves wax, overall health, bowel function and athletic performance. Swelling disappears, weight loss, thyroid hormone levels are regulated and joints regenerate. The added benefit of the diet, of course, is that we can lose unnecessary pounds. Many athletes have to praise this type of diet and get better results.4. Permitted and prohibited products
The menu is based on high-protein foods, omega-3 fatty acids, and everything else in nature.. and I've found a lot of really tasty and interesting recipes that I'd love to try, so the seemingly limited field of manoeuvre in the kitchen is actually limited only by our imagination.5. What products should be avoided:
all processed products (forget store bars, cereals, white sugar and your favorite sesame seeds); refined carbohydrates (it's time to stop asking for cookies every time you buy bread);6. Products authorised:
, dactyls, bananas, banana flour and chestnut flour; unrefined oils, vegetables (these must be limited); eggs, nuts, fish, meat.
