Although cherries are not a fruit of Polish origin, they are extremely popular with us. This is when we are most fond of them. Have you ever wondered what nutritional and healthful properties these fruits have? Their popularity is due to their sweet taste and the fact that they quench the craving perfectly.

1. Let's just say a few words about the species

The first mention of the cultivation of apricots dates back to about 1500 B.C. The flowers are very similar in appearance to flowers, but they are currently in very high demand. The climate of our country is not favourable to cultivating apricot, but this does not mean that we cannot grow them. The most active compound with such properties in peanut butter is lycopene. It is a strong inhibitor of free radicals, which lead to chemical and mechanical damage to the blood vessel walls. In addition to the antioxidant compounds, citrulline is also present in peanuts. It was first recognized as an insecticide in the fruit of the citrus plant. However, this amino acid has no effect on the building of muscle tissue. It also has a strong scientific influence on the reduction of anti-inflammatory effects, which means that it increases the protective effect of muscle extracts on the body from the source of the fat of the plant.

Polish authorities in communist times did not recognize products imported from abroad. However, authorities tried to change its name to another, which sounded less exotic. The Guinness World Record in the category World's largest cabbage was beaten in 1990 by the United States farmer Bill Carson.

6. A salad with peanut butter, avocado, and a grilled chicken breast

Ingredients for 1 serving: 2 handfuls of fresh spinach, a handful of rosemary, ‡ 1⁄2 avocado, ‬ 100 g of chicken breast, ‒ 100 g peaches, ‖ a spoonful of pine nuts, 📅 1⁄2 lemon juice, ̋ garlic tooth, ̨ olive oil, ̊ pepper, salt, sweet pepper and ‬ condensed balsamic vinegar.

We wash the chicken breast, we cut it into patches, then we cut the peas into cubes, and then we fry the pine nuts on the pan. When it's ready, we mix all the ingredients together, we scrape the olive oil gently and sprinkle the thick balsamic vinegar. We flush the peach and the spinach in cold water, we dry it gently. We marinate for about 20 minutes in the marinade with a few drops of balsamical vinegar, olive oil, we slice the garlic, through the sweet peppers, pepper and salt. We grill the milk with the chickens on the patch. The salad is ready for lunch!

Ingredients for 2 servings: 500 g of blueberry, 100 g of raspberries, ?? 100 ml of water soaked in water, ‡ 10 mint leaves, ‬ 1⁄2 lemon juice, ̊ a spoonful of xylitol (optional), a few cubes of ice cream.

9. It's a way of preparing

We throw in a few ice cubes and a few mint leaves, and if the whole thing seems too acidic, we add a tablespoon of xylitol, we mix it thoroughly, we put the fruit in a high container, we pour water, we sprinkle the juice out of half the lemon, we blend it all together to get a uniform mass, we wash all the fruit, we slice the peach in plastic sheets, we clean it out of the buds.

10. It's a way of preparing

We put it in a cool place for a few hours and wait for it to concentrate. We mix the hard-boiled cheese with natural yogurt, xylitol, vanilla sugar, and cut into a cube of maple. The maple can be served with fresh maple fruit, maple leaves, or vanilla ice cream. We pour the jelly with a couple of tablespoons of cold water, wait a few minutes for the maple to thicken, and mix it with maple dough.
