1. The wild rose is a characteristic

It is a collective species and includes many sub-species that differ slightly from each other. Its other popular name is the spicy spider. However, it has arched branches with sharp, downward curved stems and sharply toothed leaves. It blooms from May to July. The wild rose grows almost throughout Europe and Asia, but also in North Africa, most often in the most fertile places. Its folk name is spicy. The bushes are best sought from local pollutants. Firstly, the seedlings should reach a temperature of 50°C to 60°C, and then the long-lived roses should be reduced to 40°C after being soaked, and the elderly can be used in the production of dried fruits and vegetables, which can be made in a variety of colours.

2. The wild rose has nutritional value

Most ascorbic acid is found in fresh fruit, but it is also a good source for dried fruit. In addition, it contains carotenoids (licopene and lutein) and polyphenols (cuttings, anthocyanins or flavonoids), as well as phenolic acids, including ellagic acid with anti-cancer properties. Wild rose fruit is rich in vitamin C, which is about 3040 times higher than citrus fruit and 10 times more than black pepper.

3. The health benefits of wild rose fruit

In Egyptian mythology, it was dedicated to the goddess of fertility, Isis, and in Greece, the rose is the symbol of Aphrodite. The plant was used to produce oils, perfumes, confections, and medicines. According to folk tradition, the raw medicinal product is ripe fruit. Extracts from the plant are meant to improve well-being and help with general fatigue and stress, as well as to strengthen the body's defense mechanisms against infections. Due to the presence of antioxidant compounds in the rose, it can also aid in the treatment of diseases of the skin. It also demonstrates the powerful anti-inflammatory properties of the oral and oral compounds, and the difficult anti-fungal properties, which can increase the growth of the plant's nutrients, but it also increases the use of nutrients in the plant as a source of fat and fat, and it has the added value of many essential oils and minerals in the human body, including essential ointments, essential oats, and oils.
