1. That's what the research says

2. The Freshman 15 effect is a cause

For some, this is a good pretext for healthier changes that can make them feel or look better. There are several reasons for this, the main ones being: academic pressure associated with a lot of learning, the stress that comes from an entirely new situation and the need to adapt to it, a sense of freedom, the abuse of alcohol and other addictive substances, less time due to new responsibilities, economic issues, lack of the ability to prepare new meals.

3. He's training Polish students

In most cases, the menu is dominated by sandwiches, as well as heated meals brought from the family. Unfortunately, a significant part of the people ate more sweets than fruits during the week. Fish (recommended in a balanced diet) students ate less than once a week. When it comes to family swimming, students' diets dominate tea and water, and students' juices and sweets are about 3 times a day. Studies comparing the activities of native students amongst the Polish youth of the University of Edmonton and the United States of America have shown that there is still not enough interest in these activities.

4. How not to get fat in college

Although research shows that this effect is most common among students, a few changes in their daily routines are enough to reduce this risk. Researchers say that it is extremely important that we take some of the habits from those closest to us, such as friends and acquaintances. It is also worthwhile to seek out specialist knowledge, for example, to read scientific papers on this topic or to look at the offerings of universities that most often offer health care courses and training. However, researchers say that this is an extremely important life-long activity that affects their physical and mental health. What to do in order to avoid dietary restrictions is to try to consume these foods and vegetables more frequently, to prepare them in an intensive way, to eat them in a day, and to use them in less than a day.
