The effect of diet on the fertility of women and men

Because of the prevalence of infertility, it has been classified by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a disease of civilization. Fertility disorders are an increasingly common problem affecting both women and men. Lifestyle changes, including dietary patterns, can reduce the problem by as much as 80%.
