At the beginning of a strength training adventure, it doesn't take much effort for the whole body to grow, and some people exercise more often, others less often, and the chest is probably one of those muscle parts that most people depend on the most.

1. Why isn't the chest growing?

Eliminating these causes is simple, so I'm not going to describe it. When normal progress, whether it's from series to series or from training to training, isn't enough. The salvation in these situations comes from the very beginning of the bodybuilding method. There can be many causes. I'll focus on the situation where our body adapts to certain training schemes. Changing exercise, range of movement and repetition doesn't work, we have to reach for something much heavier.

We don't do regression or progression in this case. This is a very simple method commonly used by Golden Age bodybuilding athletes. It requires a preliminary preparation of positions and assurance that the equipment won't be taken over by another trainer. We do 3 or 4 sets like this.

3. The right choice of exercises

If an exercise is not effective, why do you do it? We change the exercises, the range of movements, the loads and the amount of the series. With the right diet, the training method works for as long as it stops producing results. First, you have to understand your body and attack it from many angles. We only choose what works for us. We continually combine it.

The methods described above are undoubtedly a solution for experienced and courageous athletes, but I assure you that they are worth a try. There are a number of methods that can force any breast cage to grow properly. They really work! After a few years of training, we know our body well enough that we are able to respond quickly to its signals.
