The average Polish eats up to a few kilograms of apples a year, and our country is one of the leading producers. In addition, it is used to prepare a variety of preparations: jams, mice, juices and compotes. Apples are among the most popular fruits in Poland. The fruits are used for cakes, desserts, fruit and vegetable salads and as a meat additive. Besides their undoubted pesticide properties, they also have many health benefits, as evidenced by the old English saying: One apple a day keeps the doctor away from me. They are cheap and available in almost every store for a long time, and are properly stored to preserve their flavor and nutritional value.

Additionally, apples are a source of many vitamins (mainly C, B, and beta-carotene) and contain certain amounts of minerals, including calcium, magnesium, and potassium. The content of individual vitamins and minerals varies depending on the variety, the way they are stored, and the maturity of the fruit. They can therefore be consumed by people with insulin glucose or diabetes. However, the best idea for a beverage would be a cocktail in which the whole apple has been blended, so that the fiber content of the apple will continue to grow.
