Mung bean is an annual herbaceous plant of the bamboo family, native to India. Due to its rich nutrients, it is most commonly referred to as the golden bean, despite its green color.

1. Mung beans are a source of many valuable nutrients

Nutritional values of mung beans per 100 g of product: Energy: 316 kcal, protein: 24 g, ?? fat: 1.3 g, including saturated fatty acids: 0.3 g, carbohydrates: 44 g, containing sugars: 6.6 g,?? fiber: 16 g. Due to the high protein content of mung bean, it is an ideal product for vegetarians and vegetariants, as it can be treated as an anti-meat product. It is also a good choice as a source of dietary fiber given the fact that the consumption of this compound results in 25 g of phosphorus, in 100 g magnesium, which covers 64% of the fat already in the body.

2. How do you cook mung beans?

Ingredients (per 1 serving): 45 g of barley casserole (1⁄4 cup), 30 g of mung beans (2 teaspoons), 100 g of baking soda (1⁄2 cup), 100g of red peppers (1 1⁄2 cup), 120 g of kiln (approximately 6 cups), 50 g of smoked tofu (21⁄2 cup) 10 g of olive oil (1 cup), 24 g of olives (8 cup), 1 g of melon pepper (spice), 2 g of soaked beans (spoon).
