Styling defects, back defects

In today's article, I've decided to take a closer look at the subject of postural defects, and more specifically, the abnormalities of the spine. I'd like you to read it. It's hard to disagree, but these are just some of the factors that contribute to postural development.

Table of Contents

1. Attitude defects and a proper attitude

Proper posture is defined as a harmonized system of specific parts of the body with respect to each other and to the axis of the long body as well as to the smooth functioning of the nervous system. Very often, this designation refers to those shapes that occur frequently enough to be considered to be characteristic of a given population. A good body posture depends on the proper shaping of the skeletal system, the well-developed and smooth muscular system, and on the efficient function of the motor nerve system.

2. And the period of change in activity

There is a common belief that they only affect children nothing more mistaken. They can also develop in adults very often. Some muscle groups are weakened and stretched while shortening and overstraining others. It is assumed that they fluctuate from a few weeks to a few months. Very often, the misconception is that they appear suddenly. In fact, they are the result of a careless approach to other bodies and the effect of a prolonged failure to observe ergonomic principles. In the course of posture development, three main periods can be distinguished.

3. Period II formation of convulsions (joints, tendons, muscles)

During this period there is considerable mobility impairment, so it is recommended to perform corrective exercises that can reverse the dysfunction, which are expected to last from a few weeks to several decades.

4. Period III Structural changes (so-called fixed shortages)

In order to fully cure the patient, advanced rehabilitation procedures or surgical procedures are very often used. At this point the developing attitude defect is defined as pathology. On the basis of the above information, the attitudes defect has been divided into two main groups. In this case, corrective gymnastics only prevents the progression of the disease.

5. In addition to the above, the following information shall be provided to the manufacturer:

In this group, two minor ones are distinguished: birth defects of the bone, muscle defects. The causes of these are very different, some of them may have been inherited, others are the result of impaired intrauterine secretion or are the effect of toxic or mechanical factors that may have affected the mother at different periods of fetal life.

6. The manufacturer shall provide the manufacturer with the following information:

This pattern of behavioural defects is most often the result of certain diseases of the motor organ, such as varicose veins, Scheuermann's disease or tuberculosis of the joints and bones. In this case, we are talking about a somewhat more complex group of behavioral defects, which are characterized by three groups of factors. Another group is morphological causes, i.e. muscular imbalance, which can result from diseases or fatigue.

7. The back is round

When the entire spine is bent backward, it is called a total kneecap or a seat shape. People with this defect are characterized by excessive stretching. When this bending affects the upper part of the chest, we are dealing with a phytotic shape. Speaking of round backs, note the characteristic features.

8. His back's stuck

The head and shoulders are visually excessively forward-facing. In the case of rounded backs, we are dealing with excess weight and certain muscle strains, such as squatting, weight lifting or gymnastics on instruments, are prohibited. Under normal conditions, the lumbar spinal cord is directed to the front. For rounded rear, we have to deal with excessive weight and some muscle strain such as quadriceps, the biochemical strain on the back of the spine, the cartilage from which the spinal column is drawn, and the carpal bones from which they are drawn.

9. His back is round and round

Therefore, the clinical picture of such a patient (as well as the muscular imbalance itself) will be identical to the one described above, resulting in the simultaneous occurrence of breast hypercyphosis and lymphatic hyperlordosis.

10. My back is flat

The result of this situation is excessive overloading of individual elements (i.e. the spine), which promotes degenerative changes and also leads to impaired chest capacity and mobility. Doctors very often mention that the main cause of this defect is a sedentary lifestyle, as well as a significant reduction in physical activity.

11. I don't know. I've got attitude issues and gymnastics issues

On the other hand, there is a concern that if during a normal day we are unable to control the proper alignment of our figure, we will be able to do so during training. What is the reason for this? If we decide to train in the gym, we should be aware that we can not only help ourselves but also harm ourselves. This will allow us to combine tedious therapy with the pleasure of doing our favorite activities. Isolated exercises provide great comfort in working out our muscular pathologies and also allow for systematic control of our progress.
