Stay steady!

Why is this happening? Not everyone is so well-developed, and some people sometimes move very awkwardly, while others, even if they're just starting out, do a lot better than their more experienced counterparts.

Table of Contents

1. Stabilization of the elements

It can be assumed that the following elements are responsible for proper stabilization: time and moment of muscle reaction (nerve control subsystem); the proper force of the muscles stabilizing movement (active subsystem).

2. Stabilization training for who?

People who do not have full mobility in the joints should not start stabilization training. Such people should first take care to increase the range of joint mobility, and only later return to stabilizing training. Stabilization training exercises are divided into easier (to begin with) and more complex (to be completed after mastery of the former). They should then go to knees, sit, stand, stand on one leg.

3. It's a workout

The body should form a single line. The whole exercise should be repeated in a few series. Then the opposite leg (left) should be straightened and held straight. Similarly, the movement should be made to the other side (least arm and right leg). Hold the position. The following are the basic exercises that can be done at home. Everyone can find something for themselves. The best way to do this exercise is with the side mirror, then you can control the posture.
