Table of Contents

1. Caloricity according to demand

We don't have to count calories carefully. Excessive daily calorie intake leads to being overweight and obese, and untreated obesity can lead to a number of other metabolic diseases. To maintain a healthy body shape, well-being, and health every day, we need to pay attention to the number of calories in our diet. Already knowing which foods are calorie-dense will help us estimate the right calories during the day.

2. Regular meals

Breakfast is a mandatory meal, you can't forget about it, because it provides energy for an entire afternoon. It's important not to forget about carbohydrates, because they help us rebuild our glycogen stores lost overnight. Let's also not forget about 12 snacks during the day. An important rule of healthy eating is to eat 45 meals a day every 34 hours. It should be a balanced meal and provide all the necessary nutrients, including protein, fat and carbs.

3. Balanced meals

Many people make the big mistake of excluding foods from their diets for no apparent reason, such as eliminating products of grain origin. Protein, if possible, should be mixed, both animal and plant-based, e.g., grain seeds. The pyramid is designed to graphically show us which food groups should dominate our daily menu and which should be the least. Meals should be made up of carbohydrates, protein and fat. Excluding purified, processed foods is justified, and it's the right decision, and in essence, full-nutritional products should appear in a healthy diet at least three times a day. If we have a full picture of what the whole pyramid should look like, we should look at a healthy, nutritious and healthy diet.

4. That's the right amount of fluid

Without it in the diet, the body will not work properly. It is also very important in maintaining proper skin condition. It should not be drunk less than 1.52 litres of fluid per day. It can be replaced with red or green tea, which when combined with coffee or black tea does not work diuretically. But if it is high during the day, it should be moderately mineralized so as not to provide too much mineral salts, but also not to flush them out of the body.

5. Exclusion of sweets and processed foods

It's best to eat sweets from time to time, and these are the ones you make at home. Limit your consumption of sweets and exclude processed foods. Do not drink sweetened, colored soft drinks and avoid ready-made juices. These are the kinds of products that are responsible for exceeding daily requirements and the development of overweight and obesity.

6. This is the list of items in Annex I to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35

All you have to do is use the right spices, which vary the taste of the food. It's good to limit the salt you add. Sodium sensitivity is nothing more than a change in blood pressure caused by the amount of sodium in your diet. Studies in people with hypertension show that 51 percent of people are sodium sensitives, while in healthy people, that's 26 percent. Since salt can be used up faster than sweet, and it's worth a try. But if you think about how much salt you consume in a day, you should remember that salt can also be found in many foods that are in your daily diet, such as fish.

7. The following information shall be provided in accordance with the procedure referred to in point (a) of Article 4 (1) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013:

In time, reading labels will become a habit. When we eat rationally, we don't have problems with lack of energy and vitality. To know what we're buying, it's worth reaching out to it to make sure that the product we want to buy is valuable.
