Seasonal Fruits Why Use Them

In summer, in markets, in shops, and on our plates, there are all sorts of colorful vegetables and seasonal fruits, and their scent floats in the air.

1. Seasonal fruits why they're worth using

Fruits that are found in our climate at this time of year are of great flavour and nutritional value. In addition, they are much longer fresh after breaking they do not take a long journey to reach the market or the store, as is the case for example. In the case of exotic fruits. Of course this does not mean that the consumption of fruits from the tropical climate is unproved, but it is worthwhile to use them mainly in the winter when the assortment of fruits in Poland is much smaller.

Ingredients: natural yogurt packaging, a glass of strawberries, ?? 1.5 tablespoons of chia seeds, a few mint leaves.

4. A salad with camembert cheese and strawberries

Ingredients: 1⁄2 cup of camembert cheese, 1⁄2 glass of strawberries, 10 cocktail tomatoes, a handful of spoons, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, a teaspel of honey, 1 spoon of nuts, a few basil leaves.

It is worth using seasonal fruits available in Poland because they have an extraordinary flavor and aroma. In addition, they are characterized by many health-promoting properties. To preserve the flavor of the summer for a long time, it is worth preparing various types of jam, jam, using your favorite fruit juices. Frost also allows you to enjoy seasonal fruit juice throughout the summer.
