1. The essential ingredients

2 handfuls of rosemary (40 g), 2 eggs (112 g), a large tomato (170 g), an oil spoon (10 g), two loaves of whole grain bread (70 g) and a spice: salt spices, pepper.

2. It's the way it's made

We start by cooking the eggs hard, we put them in hot water, and when the water boils, we boil them for about eight minutes, and after cooking, we pour them in cold water for a while, so that they're better cooked, and then, on the dry pan, we make the fries: we slice the bread into small pieces, and we bake it gently on both sides on a small fire, we place the washed rosemary on the plate, we add the tomatoes cut into quarters, we layer the salad with oil, salt and pepper, and on the top, we lay the egg, and at the end, we dress the salad in fries.
