Running to lose weight has countless effects

There are people who argue that diet is the only way to lose weight. Is it possible? How do you lose weight by running? Of course, they're right, but it's more difficult, and it doesn't give a figure as detailed as running training. Below you'll find examples of how running helps you lose unnecessary pounds.

Table of Contents

1. It's the third one

I.T. vs. LSD 2, interval sprinter training 3, long-term oxygen training 4, two different methods, similar effects.

2. I.T. vs. LSD

Running is a form of training that gives the greatest freedom of movement. The runner does not limit anything except air resistance and self-motivation. During running we can reach a maximum oxygen cap, a maximum length of step and maximize the involvement of the entire muscle machine. The art of running is to choose the right pace and method of training. Some people love long stretches (LSD long slow distance), lasting from 20 to 60 minutes, and others short stretches, lasting anywhere from a few seconds to a few tens of seconds. Both groups have a chance of success, both can lose weight.

3. It's a sprint with interval training

8 × 50 metres (break: 1.5 minutes, intensity: 90% of maximum speed), 8 minutes of break followed by 10 × 80 metres (breaks: 2.5 minutes, intensiveness: 75% of the maximum speed).

4. Oxygen training for a long time

Free trucht (10 minutes) with a 10-minute break for dynamic stretching and movement exercises (waving, bending, skipping, etc.) followed by a free run continuous at a pace enabling a conversation lasting 50 minutes.

5. Two different methods, similar, effects

The above example shows how you can burn about 1,000 kcal in two different ways of training. Note that the most calories you burn during a low- or medium-intensity running exercise. We burn less during a sprint run, but because of the DOMS and EPOC (oxygen-dependent) phenomenon, we burn more at rest. So, in sum, both running methods have their proven effectiveness. But the method we choose to run depends on us.
