1. Is it the kind of muscles that work when you run?

There is a belief among bodybuilders that running burns muscles, so when building muscle mass you have to give it up. It's half the truth of the statement. The development of large muscle tissue is damaged by marathons, so long-distance running.

Running should be on the bodybuilder's schedule for another reason, too. It's great for stress, but it's also stressful for muscle development. Running literally takes the stress out of you. This is a great way not only to improve physical fitness, but also to maintain mental health.

6. An increase in the volume of the lungs

Running is one of the oxygen exercises. It is a simple way to increase the volume of the lungs. However, to experience this beneficial effect, you should use the right technique. It's best not to catch fast, shallow bumps, but to work out a measured breathing rate.
