1. A few words about the composition and nutritional values

2. Is there any brown and white rice to choose from?

Comparing the brown variety with the popular white rice, we find interesting results. The rice variety we discussed is characterized by higher levels of fiber (349%), magnesium (219%), vitamin E (203%), vitamin B6 (185%) and protein (19%). The main source of its rich composition is the outer layer of grains called the silver shell. Among the differences, we should also mention a low glycemic index.

3. Conclusions

The varied composition of brown rice contains more fiber, vitamins and minerals, prevents diabetes and hypercholesterolemia clearly indicates its health benefits.
