1. Is the vegetarian diet safe?

It should be emphasised that this only applies to rationally balanced diets where the user's knowledge allows such a selection of products to avoid deficiencies in macro- and micro-nutrients. Well-planned vegetarian diets are suitable for people at all stages of life, including pregnancy and lactation, infancy, childhood, adolescence and for athletes. A properly balanced vegetarian diet, according to the American Dietetic Association and the Polish Ministry of Health, is completely safe for health, meets nutritional requirements at every stage of a person's life and can provide health benefits in preventing and treating certain diseases.

2. Protein is the most controversial ingredient in the vegetarian diet

Protein is made up of amino acids. Therefore, in order to provide the animal with all the essential ingredients, i.e. all the exogenous amino acides, we distinguish between proteins, which may also be the source of algae, e.g. spirulina, chlorella, or cereal products such as rice compote or camarantus.Infused proteins are those that do not contain a complete set of exogenius amino acid. In order to ensure that the animal has all the necessary components, other products must be supplied in such a way that they are complementary in terms of the essential nutrients they contain, and that they can provide all the nutrients necessary for the excretion of the body of the organism, such as spirulina and chlorella.

3. Is it any way to avoid protein deficiencies when you're a vegetarian?

The recommended products are, for example, milk or vegetable yogurts: soybeans, rice, almonds, or calcium-fortified foods. If the intake of the above ingredients should be increased proportionally with the increase in calories in our diet. Additionally, the intentional combination of different products containing complementary protein is not necessary, which facilitates the use of the best vegetarian diet. Specifically, it is harmful to remove any meat products from our diet, but if we supply the solid 2000 calories to our body: 1 glass of cooked vegetables such as whole grains, whole grain sauce, whole wheat sauce or cold grains; 5 glasses of fresh grains or whole vegetables that are ready to be used for the whole diet, which can be used in a single day, such as fresh fruits, vegetables, fruits and vegetables; for instance, 1 tablespound of fresh vegetables in a day, or 2 tables pound of rice, or 5 tables of rice; for example.
