Products worth choosing in the summer

Summer is a time of long days, high temperatures, and ripening and harvesting of many fruits and vegetables. The following seasons produce a series of changes in the environment that affect humans as well.

1. A change in dietary preferences

Therefore, weather conditions and long days are also conducive to the introduction of outdoor physical activity, which is one of the ways to generate a negative calorie balance. However, in order to correctly plan to reduce calorie intake in the summer, it is necessary to determine its physical demand (taking into account the level of body energy, age, and physical activity of the body) and to determine that the amount of energy consumed by the body can be less than the amount consumed in the year-round. However, it should be noted that in the years to come, it will be possible to reduce energy intake by reducing body fat intake, weight gain, weight loss, and weight loss from healthy and healthy foods and vegetables, and that it is not possible to achieve the same amount of weight reduction in the calories and nutrients, but that it can be achieved in the following years.
