Obesity is associated with excess fat tissue, which results in increased inflammation. The diet should be as diverse and diverse as possible. It is a source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Avoid processed foods. Drink small amounts of water throughout the day, preferably medium or high-mineral. Choose a favorite sport that will make you feel better. It's also worth taking care of outside care. Consulting a cosmetologist or acupuncturist may be helpful.
