1. The basic assumptions

Neurophysiological disorders are characterized by a lack of self-awareness while maintaining a straightened posture. A fourth but equally important factor affecting the posture is the anatomical sphere. Abnormalities involve passive movement, the most common consequence of which is joint blockage. In its disorder, there is usually the development of muscle dystonia involving involuntary movements in various parts of the body. The fourth but also important factor influencing body posture are the environment, i.e. not only the socio-economic conditions in the body, but also the type of work being done at the same time.

In the second stage, efforts should be made to counteract and even eliminate the effects of disorders in the anatomical sphere. At the end of this stage, a practical correction should be carried out, which can be both global and local in nature.
