Pasta with spinach, feta cheese and salmon

Spinach tastes great when combined with feta cheese, but if you add salmon to your diet, it'll definitely add flavor and value, because salmon is a great source of protein, as well as omega-3 fatty acids, which are extremely important for our bodies to function.

1. The essential ingredients

A glass of whole grain fusilla pasta (60 g), a handful of spinach (25 g) feta cheese (50 g), 1/2 of a large red onion (50 g); roasted salmon (70 g) and 1.5 tablespoons of rapeseed oil (15 g).

We cook the pasta to be al dente. In the pan we heat up a little oil and fry the spinach for a while. In a bowl we crush the feta cheese with a fork and add to it the fried spaghetti.
