Nevertheless, the list could not lack diets that are significantly less beneficial to health, but are used because of the promises of the creators of fast results. In the standard model, it is recommended to eat 5 meals purchased from the manufacturer every approximately 23 hours, including one home-cooked meal. However, to achieve the expected results, you need to spend an additional $199 (about PLN 835) because such a package gives access to the food plan, the online platform, the Optavia community and the opportunity to collaborate with a coach. As you can see, therefore, this is not a diet that everyone can afford. In the case of the recommended 5 & 1 diet plan, a set that is enough for just over 3 weeks and consists of 119 meals costs $395.25 which gives about PLN 1,660. You can also decide to create an individual set, but the price is then much higher.

The dietary authors also point to a reduced risk of developing hypertension due to reduced sodium intake and weight loss. The most obvious advantage is its ease of use.
