1. The essential ingredients

5 tablespoons of regular or mountain oatmeal flakes (50 g), 1 spoon (55 g), 1 kiwi (75 g),?? a spoonful of pumpkin straw (15 g) and a cup of natural yogurt (200 g).

2. It's the way it's made

First we pour the oatmeal into a bowl and pour it with boiling water to the level of the oats, then we wait 5 minutes for the oates to soften, and then we add the rest of the ingredients: chickpeas cut into cubes, kiwi, natural yogurt, and pumpkin slices.
