NEAT what it is and how it affects our lives

When reducing body fat, many people focus solely on exercise and nutrition. How does NEAT affect body shape and improve health? Thus, non-exercise daily activities, known as NEAT, are often neglected.

A high level of NEAT can cause energy expenditure of up to 2,000 kcal, with the exception of basic metabolic rate (PPM). Furthermore, the benefits of NEATE are not only limited to burning unnecessary calories, but also help to reduce the development of metabolic syndrome or cardiovascular disease and related problems. Even the smallest movement activity during the day can contribute to an increase in the rate of metabolism, which is why people who do physical activity generally have no problem with this. Additionally, PPM is dependent on the weight of individual personal factors such as age, sex, body mass, height, genetic conditioning or response.

3. The Harris-Benedict model

People are even twice as likely to spend different forms of active time in the spring-summer season as compared to the spring/summer period.

6. How do you increase the NEAT?

It may also be a good idea to have a regulated desk that allows you to work at a computer while standing. Unfortunately, people are less likely to walk, and it's worth taking at least a dozen minutes a day, such as walking a dog, shopping on foot, or parking a car farther away from home, which will allow you to take an additional seven steps. These actions not only improve your NEAT level, but they also increase the efficiency of your circulatory system, reduce your risk of heart disease, and increase your muscle strength.
