1. The following information is provided for the purpose of this Regulation:

Ginger is not a wild plant, but only grows in traditional Chinese and Indian medicine. The most commonly consumed parts are the knuckle or vertical parts of the root. Ginger has mainly been used to treat headaches and migraines. It is another type of herb belonging to the large family of ginger plants. This spice has been used for a long time in traditional Indian and Chinese medicine. This plant's health and organoleptic properties are mainly due to the presence of phytonutrients.

2. The peppermint

The main and most common use of mint refers to problems with the digestive tract. It is related to the mechanism of blocking calcium channels in the muscles. It contains a substance called menthol. This oil component is successfully used for respiratory problems (e.g. for inhalation) as well as headaches. Other health benefits of mint include antioxidant, antiviral, antibacterial, insecticidal effects.
