1. It's the best chest exercises I've ever had
A lot of people may disagree with me, but this is from my experience and observation, remember, the most important thing is the technique, and then the weight. The number of exercises depends on the system you're training in, it's going to look different in the FBW, differently in the joint, and another number is going to be in push & pull & legs or split-up training. Each one of them, as I wrote above, you have to test, but from my own experience and subtle observation I know that these work best: a) jumping the bar on the bench, b) pressing the hook on the bottom of the hammer bench, c) pulling the knob on the top of each of these straps or pulling it out of our lower straps, and of course we're going to have to work hard on the lower strap of my hammer, because of course, it won't be the best thing we can do with a small piece of our hammer.
