1. What causes muscle growth?

However, if the body is in a phase of intensive adaptation and active regeneration of energy substances after training, the more significant the growth of the body will be during recovery. However, this property of the organism is called supercompensation, and it is with it that muscle growth is inseparably linked. Supercompensations are proportional to the energy consumption during training, i.e. the more energy the body loses, the greater the amount of energy it will exceed during recovery, and the more sharply the muscle growth will decrease. Therefore, however, it is necessary to remember about moderation and to learn how to read the energy phases that the body sends out to reduce muscle growth.

2. An effective approach to muscle growth

This tactic is effective when someone focuses on parameters that are independent of each other. These parameters can regenerate at different times. This will ensure that the regeneration of individual parameters is superimposed on one another. The classical training process for muscle growth is usually based on macro and micro cycles with the goal of developing specific parameters. However, often during one training unit, several parameters corresponding to the specific motor process are loaded. In this case, the training microcycle should consist of exercises of different intensities and volumes.
