Mak how to use it in the kitchen?

The mackerel is definitely associated with the holiday season - it's used to prepare mackerels, noodles, and confectionery - but it is worth reaching for more than just the Christmas season, as a seed extract is a great choice in dishes prepared throughout the year.

1. Mak basic information

Maca is a plant in the macaw family (Papaveraceae), native to Asia Minor and North Africa, that was planted and cultivated as early as prehistoric times. It is now cultivated throughout the world, but its main producing countries are India, Burma, Turkey and Afghanistan. The seeds of the plant are used as an ingredient in bread, sweets or confectionery products (A. Muhammad et al. 2021).

2. Make up your nutritional value

Mackerel belongs to oily plants and is therefore a good source of fats mainly saturated fatty acids (about 89% of them; only 11%) (A. Muhammad et al. 2021). Plant seeds are rich in protein, B vitamins, calcium and magnesium. These compounds play an important role in the proper functioning of the immune and nervous systems (A. Rogaska, J. Regula, E. Krol 2020).

3. How do you use popcorn in the kitchen?

Time of preparation: 15 minutes Ingredients (for 4 servings): white beans can (240 g), mackerel 2 teaspoons (20 g), olive oil 1 teaspel (5 g), pepper shaker 12 g, pepper 1⁄2 tablespoons (2 g), salt spikes (0.2 g).

6. Cream soup with an additive of maca

Preparation time: 30 minutes Ingredients (for 2 servings): cauliflower artwork (800 g), peanut butter 2 pieces (100 g), milk 1⁄2 cup (120 ml), vegetable spoon two glasses (480 ml), pasta 1 teaspoon (20 g), pasta pasta pasta 2 tablespoons (12 g), pepper 1/2 spoon (2 g), salt spices (0.2 g).
