However, it is worth noting that the bioavailability of magnesium from food is limited. Various factors influence its absorption from the daily diet, such as the amount of fat consumed, fats and spinach, fiber and phosphorus-rich products. Magnesium can be easily supplied to the body with daily consumption. It can also be a good source of magnesium as a food extract.

4. Magnesium deficiency causes and symptoms

Magnesium deficiency is only one aspect of the diet. Excessive physical activity may be the cause of magnesium deficiency, although it is usually accompanied by an inadequate intake of magnesium from the daily diet. Magnesium deficiency promotes addiction, i. e. Alcoholism and over-use of medicines. Magnesium deficit is just one of the aspects of diet. Physical activity can be caused by excessive activity, although this is usually associated with insufficient consumption of magnesium in daily dietary intake.

The use of acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) in pharmaceuticals intensifies the release of magnesium, which affects its effects Use of magnesium in people using leodopa increases its effects and may increase the likelihood of side effects.
