Low carb rapid reduction

Are you looking for a way to reduce fat? Instead of trying out different types of diets, check out a low-carb diet. It's an effective way to get rid of excess fat from your body at a fast rate. By reducing carbohydrates, which are your main energy source, your body switches to burning fat and getting energy from it. Of course, a negative balance of calories and exercise is essential.

1. Low carb rules

Low-carb diets are therefore very popular among people who want to reduce their body weight. What is the proper effect of low carbohydrate diets and whether they are safe for health. Very often, they are also used by exercise workers as a way to rapidly reduce body fat, and therefore, according to some, even to build muscle mass.

2. A low-carb diet food

The foodstuffs on which the low-carb diet is based are, in particular, eggs, meat (poor and fatty), fish (especially fat), starch (fat, mascarpone cheese, moulded cheese, creams), oils (coconut, rapeseed, flaxseed, olive oil, fish oils, MCT oil, i.e. medium-chain fats that are very well digested by the body), clarified butter, pork fat. The diet should also include nuts, avocados, peanuts and low-fat vegetables such as pasta, tomatoes, celery products, sugar beets, peppers, cabbage, vegetables, and vegetables.

3. Low carb effects

Although the effects of low-carbohydrate diets on weight reduction may initially be much faster than those of standard low-fat or low-calorie diets, the differences are most often blurred after longer periods of use. However, in the work of Kłosiewicz-Latoszek and Szostak [Kłosewicz - Latoszek L., Šostak W. B., 790794], the results of studies comparing the results in low-carbon diets with the results from low-fatty or low caloric diets were significantly faster. In most studies, however, a significant decrease in body weight was observed during the first 6 months of the diet of men aged 16 years and older than women aged 12 to 24 years, and a significant difference in body mass was not observed.

4. The risks associated with a low-carb diet

Low-carb diets are also low in carbohydrate, which can make peristalsis more difficult and lead to constipation. By reducing or eliminating low-carbohydrates, a low carb diet is characterized by an inadequate supply of B vitamins, which may have adverse effects on the functioning of the nervous system. However, if the low carb diets also have a low calorie intake, it is also necessary to increase the amount of calcium in the body.
