For many people, drinking the same water is quite problematic, so they look for a different, slightly tastier solution. One of them is homemade lemonade, which not only refreshes well, but also tastes great. Below are three simple ways to prepare it yourself in your own kitchen.

1. Irrigation in summer

Water is essential for the proper functioning of all processes in the body. Water also plays a role in thermoregulation that allows us to maintain a relatively constant body temperature. In the late summer, we get hotter so that the body does not overheat. However, we also lose a lot of water and mineral salts. This is also a very important natural cooling process. If we don't take care of the proper water supply and mineral water components, it can lead to an alternative to drinking water that is dangerous for our health.

2. The recipe for a traditional lemonade

The traditional lemonade is lemon-based. Although the classic version adds a lot of sugar, the proposed recipe halves the amount. The sugar can also be converted into stevia or xylitol. Due to its acidic taste, this lemon is extremely refreshing. The ingredients (in 6 servings): 6 lemons, 1⁄2 glass of brown sugar, ?? 6 glasses of water.

3. The recipe for strawberry lemonade

In summer you can easily buy juicy and fresh strawberries. You can also use them when preparing a lemonade because they will give it a beautiful color and a slightly sweet flavor. This combination guarantees a high dose of vitamin C. The ingredients (in 12 servings): 15 large straws, 2 tablespoons of honey, ?? 8 lemons, ‡ 7 glasses of water, ̊ a glass of stevia.

4. It's a prescription for the lemonade

Cabbage is a good addition to most summer dishes. It's especially good in lemons because it's sweet and refreshing. Ingredients (in 12 servings): 1⁄2 cup of sugar, 3 glasses of water, 4 cups of peanut butter, 4 lemons.
