1. What is lactose intolerance and what are its symptoms?

It is important to eliminate milk from cows, goats, sheep and dairy products. It's best to prepare all dairy foods independently. Before taking the milk product, you should consult a milk doctor or a pharmacist, or you should carefully read the label. In this case, it's better to include an indication that the adult diet contains a reduced amount of glutathione intake.

4. The main nutritional rules for lactose intolerance (hypolactasia):

Choose whole milk instead of skimmed milk.3. Eat yogurt with live cultures of bacteria.5. Use preparations containing lactase. In fermented products and cheeses, lactose is present in minimal quantities and if no innate lactose intolerance has been found, such products may be consumed. 1. Eat milk and lactose-free dairy products.4. It is best to replace milk with mature and moulded cheeses.6. Total elimination of milk and milk products from the diet is usually not necessary because some enzyme activity is maintained.
