Lack of energy, chronic fatigue, sleepiness -- these seem to be problems that affect everyone -- these are questions that are plaguing more and more people -- are we able to live without ever running out of energy?

The characteristic feature of modern society is that we live in a rush. We pursue a career, personal development, mental development. To achieve satisfaction, we often have to sacrifice a lot of things, especially time. Time scarcity syndrome seems to be an integral part of life. It's increasingly associated with poor quality of food. We want to eat fast, but does fast food mean good? Unfortunately, more and more often than not, it's one of the main factors responsible for a lack of energy.

Can a lack of energy be a symptom of a disease? Yes. There are many diseases that are just a sign of energy. These include, among others, anemia, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes, blood pressure problems, heart failure problems, depression, thyroid disease, or even bowel disease. As we can see, there are many of these diseases, but in order to be able to recognize them as the main cause of energy deficiency, it's worth paying attention to the way we live. Do we have time for ourselves to rest, recover, and most importantly, do we have the time to consume meals consciously to provide all the necessary nutrients.
