It's reactive arthritis

Although the name suggests that it is a problem of the elderly, it is more commonly diagnosed in young people. It is a group of disorders that includes both problems of a mechanical nature and those that arise through other processes.

Table of Contents

1. What is reactive arthritis?

This disease is often found under the names of Fiessinger and Leroy syndrome, Reiter's syndrome, or post-infectious arthritis. It is most commonly referred to here as complications following infection of the urinary, respiratory, or digestive systems. People with this antigen are thought to be 50 times more likely to develop Reiter syndrome than others. The term reactive inflammation of the joints refers to one of the diseases of the circulatory system that is responsible for the development of inflammatory spondylitis than inflammatories of the underlying rheumatic system.

2. It is not possible to use this method to prevent the spread of infectious diseases

Minimization of mobility mainly affects the joints that have been affected by the disease process. It is often recommended to use antibiotics in the case of active infection or serious infections. Physiotherapy based on relaxation techniques and physiotherapy should be included instead. Of course, we must not forget about pharmacotherapy, which in post-infectious arthritis relies on the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and glucocorticosteroids.
