It's all about vitamin C

Vitamin C is one of the most underappreciated vitamins... usually used primarily for colds or the flu... but it has strong antioxidant properties and is used in many diseases... its levels in our bodies are quite low in the diet we eat.

Table of Contents

1. Is this even a vitamin C? How much do we need?

The daily dose of vitamin C was established as early as 1943. It takes 90 mg for an adult male. Is that enough to be sure? Vitamin C at low levels in the blood stays in the body long enough because its half-life ranges from 8 to even 40 days. Then the body absorbs it from the urine. If we have high levels of Vitamin C in our blood, the half-term breakdown is only 30 minutes. The need for vitamin C is much higher for inflammatory conditions and diseases. The body's tolerance to vitamin C in this condition also increases greatly.

2. The toxicity

Every extra gram of vitamin C that our bodies don't use removes heavy metals. These properties of Vitamin C support trace elements such as sulfur, magnesium, selenium, or zinc. Since it has these properties, can its high levels be dangerous for us? The Committee of Physicians for the Determination of Daily Demand (CDA) in its report on this topic found that high doses of vitamin D do not cause: the formation of kidney stones; reactions; ?? the development of acneic scarring; the increase in oxygen demand.

3. Counterparties

There are those who oppose the use of high doses of vitamin C, and there are also studies that show that it doesn't work well. In this case, it's very important who did the research. I'm not going to present the results of the study, nor will I name their authors. But what's important is that they suggested that high blood levels of Vitamin C were supposed to create an environment for cancer cells to grow. And yet there are studies showing that the intravenous infusions of sodium asbinium are great for treating cancer. Vitamin C has a very similar structure to glucose, which a cancer cell needs up to 15 times more than a healthy cell.

4. Applications

Vitamin C is a nutrient that causes scurvy and severe immunodeficiency, among other things. It is a powerful antioxidant that fights free radicals and reduces oxidative stress. Even in case of toothache, the need for vitamin C increases diametrically. Its excess causes heavy metals to be removed from the body.
