It's a wonderful vegetable

Although until recently it was only available in health food stores, today it can be found in every supermarket. It can be consumed raw, in cocktails and salads, or after heat treatment, such as preparing the popular chips.

Table of Contents

1. It's a health charm

This means that we can consume it in large quantities without feeling guilty about extra pounds. This is very important because it protects against cancer and cardiovascular disease. It also helps to lower the level of bad cholesterol, so it takes care of the heart and the healthy circulatory system. Calcium is essential for proper bone-and-tooth building and anti-osteoporosis. This good green vegetable is a great source of vitamins C, K, and A. It's very important to remember that calcium K is a good blood dissolving acid in the skin. It is important to keep in mind that the idea of calcium A is about adding high levels of omega-3 fatty acids and carotenoids to the body, which almost helps the body's digestive systems, such as omega-3 fats and carboxy acids, but it's also important to increase the metabolism of fat from the liver to the liver.

2. Chips from the fair

We put aluminum foil on the plate, and we lubricate the surface with a little oil so that the potatoes on it don't rust. We pour pink salt and pepper into the powder. The chips should be crispy, but not brown. We wash and dry it with a paper towel. We spread the potate on the table, it can be tightly laid, but it's important to keep the leaves on top of each other. We put it in a bakery heated to 150°C for three and a half minutes. It's very easy to make, and how delicious!

3. It's the fair's pesto

When we eat a peanut in the form of a pesto, we can be sure that vitamin K will be completely absorbed by us, because the added fat will allow it to dissolve in our bodies. Four handfuls of peanut butter, four garlic toothpastes, 50 g of blended almonds, leaves cut from one basil and three tablespoons of Himalayan salt, we blend into a smooth mass of 100 ml of olive oil.

4. It's a cocktail with a jar

There's a lot of possibilities. Raw yolk retains the highest nutritional value, so this is the easiest way to introduce it into the diet. You can mix it with banana, kiwi and coconut milk, but it's just as good an idea to combine it with pineapple, ginger, and even avocado and orange. Rough yolk doesn't have an intense flavor, so it won't interfere with virtually any fruit or vegetable.

5. Cream soup with jelly and peas

We add curry spice, rum and freshly milled pepper. We put the leaves in the soup, mix them and cook them for about half a minute on a small fire. We cook them on a little fire for about two minutes. Tasty! We put 450 grams of frozen green peas in the pot and cook on the broth for seven minutes until the peas are soft.
