1. The most common food allergens in children

It is important to eliminate all allergens, including pharmacological treatment and supplementation with probiotics and prebiotics as supportive therapies. The basis of food allergy treatment is a properly balanced elimination diet. Proper treatment helps to slow the progression of allergic disease.

4. The most common mistakes and clues

In practice, the sequence of amino acids present in these types of milk is 85% similar, meaning that after introduction of goat or sheep milk, the same symptoms may occur as in the case of cow's milk. If you have a gluten allergy, you should introduce cereal and its products which are normally glutinous but should be removed as a food allergen.
