Is this a Capuchin diet at all? Is it worth it?

The Capuchin diet is one of the most popular weight loss diets in our country. Although it is inexpensive, time-consuming, and it doesn't require much sacrifice, it's not the diet recommended by dietitians and doctors. What are its assumptions? What are the side effects? The questions are many, and in the following article we'll try to answer them.

Table of Contents

1. What's the Capuchin diet?

The Capuchin diet is a short but very promising diet plan. It comes under many names, the most popular of which is the presidential diet, Swedish or Canadian diet. The goal of this diet (like other alternative weight loss diets) is to lose a significant number of pounds in a very short time. So this plan is extremely tempting for people who need quick results and do not have time for rational weight loss.

2. The Capuchin diet the menu and the recipe for Capotean soup

The basic ingredient of this diet is cabbage. This vegetable is valued because of its low energy value. The creators of the cabbage diet believe that it can be consumed without restrictions. They suggest eating as much cabbage soup as possible. Their recommendations are explained by the fact that 100 g of cabbage contains only 25 calories. White cabbage also contains very few carbohydrates.

3. Capuchin soup

Ingredients: 1 head of Italian or white cabbage used in the recipe is white (about 2000 g), 6 heads of sliced onion (500 g) red pepper (200 g), yellow pepper 200 g, 1 bundle of national celery (400 g), 6 fresh tomatoes (850 g), 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil (10 g),?? spices: chili, pepper, garlic, curry, copper, basil (very important we do not add cooking salt).

4. It's a way of preparing

When all the ingredients are soft, we put them in a pot of water and cook them for about 1.5 hours. Every once in a while, we mix the contents of the pot thoroughly so as not to burn the soup. At the end, we add the seasonings as desired. However, it is very important to remember not to add a cap to the sauce.

5. The Capuchin diet is a weekly menu

The first day of the CAPTIAN diet includes breakfast, which consists of a pre-prepared soup, similar to what the dinner looks like. We have snacks in the form of raw vegetables and green tea and mineral water. The second day starts with breakfast, we recommend vegetables cooked in pairs or raw. It can be any vegetable except strawberries and corn. It is also important to avoid eating any fruit on that day. At dinner, we eat the raw cape, and at dinner we also start with two salted potatoes without the salted banana extract.

6. The Capuchin diet has flaws and opinions

The Capuchin diet, although very popular, is not the dietary outcome recommended by dietitians and medical specialists. The position it has achieved, among other alternative weight loss diets, is primarily due to its low price and ease of use. Another advantage is the short time it takes to achieve the desired goal. The effects of this diet, while positive, may adversely affect the outcome of our diet, since after the diet has been recommended, the diet of the cap cappuccino should also reduce the baseline effect of the diet. Before the start of a diet, it should also be noted that the basic effect of a cappucci diet is to reduce the body weight associated with its dietary intake.
