1. The Truth About Milk

What is milk? It is the secretion of mammary glands needed to nourish the offspring. In 100 g of milk with a fat content of 3.2% is: 61 kcal, 3 g of protein, 3.2 g of fat, 5 g of carbohydrates, 113 mg of calcium, 10 mg of magnesium, 132 mg of potassium, 0.17 mg of vitamin B2. There has been a lot of controversy surrounding milk.

2. Milk why give it up?

In the case of lactose intolerance, lactose is the primary cause. In case of a lactose deficiency, raw sugar is transferred to the large intestine and insulin is often broken down by bacteria into fatty acids and gases, which cause the appearance of glucose and galactose. However, it is also shown that the rate of lactase production is increased by the enzyme lactase, which is derived from the breast milk of the small intestine. In cases of milk-to-milk deficiencies, unstable sugar passes to the colon, and insulin itself breaks down by the bacteria into acids, which causes the inflammation of the stomach and intestines. In contrast, it has been shown that lactose production rates are higher in the period of infancy and lower in the body than in the age of pregnant women.

3. A few arguments for drinking milk

In particular, milk is an excellent source of high-value protein, calcium, magnesium, vitamin B2. The diet is usually lacking in calcium. Few manage to consume at least 800 mg per day. This is possible after incorporating 3 servings of dairy products into the daily diet recommended by the Institute of Food and Nutrition. Studies in 15-18-year-old subjects have shown that higher milk intake has been linked to lower body weight and lower BMI in girls. Epidemiological studies also confirm the potential existence of such a body-dependent diet.

4. Summary

Milk should not be demonized. It is a source of many valuable ingredients, such as calcium. In particular, it is recommended to consume natural dairy products fermented due to probiotic bacteria and a lower sugar content.
