Is the occlusion training a hit or a kit?

It's also called blood flow restriction training, and it's a great choice even during injury treatment or after rehabilitation, but do any of you know what it is, who it is for, and what you can do with it? It is one of the methods used to develop muscle mass and strength in the upper and lower extremities.

Table of Contents

1. The following is a list of the official languages of the Republic of Moldova

There are many ways to speed up muscle growth or strength. It's worth using occlusive training to expose the body to new stressors. Most people in the gym use a training program. Often when nothing changes in our training program, there's stagnation.

2. What's the muscle occlusion method?

Occlusion training involves binding the limbs/endings to the exercise muscle. There are special straps for this type of training, and we can also use a variety of other straps. The strap should be strapped in such a way that there is no tingling or tingling in the limb. On a scale of 1 to 10 straps should be 6 or 7. This causes strong muscle tension. The weight used during this kind of work should be about 20 30% of the maximum weight. It is also important that the strap is not tightened during the training series.

3. Occlusion training for the study

The first series required 30 repetitions with a weight of 20% 1 RM (one repetition maximum), while the remaining three series of 20 repetitions were with the same weight. However, after completion, this group experienced greater increases in circuits and strength (about 78%) compared to the injuries in the control group. The competitor should also focus on work with a higher load.

4. What is the meaning of the word "extra_id_0"?

An increase in anabolic hormones will contribute to increased muscle hypertrophy in a given area. Additionally, the weight used is not high, it will reduce the weight of the joints after injury. This type of training is most beneficial for bodybuilders and those in the rehabilitation phase or immediately afterwards. If we are in the recovery phase after twisting or stretching, an increase in IGF-1 will help to accelerate the regeneration of the joint tissue.

5. Mass training, why not?

Research shows an increased protein synthesis after this kind of training. If we take care of the proper amount of nutrients, we can make the most of the potential of this method. These are mechanical stress, time under stress, and metabolic stress. Another advantage is the involvement of fast-acting fibers for work. They are highly susceptible to growth. When building muscle mass, it's worth using different training methods. And so, occlusal training contributes to muscle mass growth. However, going forward, let's remember the three main factors that influence hypertrophy.

6. An example of a training plan

We're going to focus on developing the muscles of the double arm, and we're doing it at the end of one workout.

7. It's week one

20% 1 RM, break of 40 seconds between series. 25% 1 RM.

Now, let's remember that this is just an add-on. Let's introduce it during the muscle building phase for our priority muscle groups. If we use it skillfully, we'll see great progress. People who come back from injuries will also benefit from this form of training. Let us not overuse this method. Make sure that the main training program includes basic exercises. Training will be an occlusive method that's a good idea to give a new stimulus to the body.
