Is the gym in the open better?

But are we sure that we're willing to use it? But maybe it's worth using machines that are similar to machines in a locked room, like a gym or a fitness club, and they're coming up in almost every new neighborhood, and I don't think we still appreciate this kind of exercise.

Table of Contents

1. Exercise outdoors

Outdoor exercise isn't just about strength training. If you combine it with outdoor exercise to improve your fitness, you can get really interesting results and change your workout. The only requirement is good weather. At this time, supplemental vitamin D supplementation may seem unnecessary, because we'll get it naturally from the sun. It's a good solution for people who want to start their own physical activity adventure and improve their fitness. Outdoor training is a choice for every worker. For people who aren't overloaded with physical activity, it's an ideal option. So, it can be a synthetic option for those who don't have a lot of physical activity.

2. It's kind of like a gym in the open air

They're not powered by electricity, so we can't find running shoes here, for example. The machines are designed for development using our own body weight or weight, but in most cases we don't have the ability to change the load. The main muscles involved are the quadriceps and the quadrilateral muscles.

3. Is that why it's even worth using an air-conditioned gym?

It can only be used for recreational purposes. The added benefit is that we don't have to pay for the carpet. Of course, the condition is good weather. Enriching the walk with safe outdoor exercise is a very smart way to encourage children (and the elderly) to get their body oxygenated and exercise. In the summer, on days when I'm not going to the gym, it helps me to do a healthy interval training and use the gym that's in the open air. Everything depends on our own initiative and other activities while we're getting the exercise.

4. Well, there's a problem with the gym

For people who've been training in the gym for a while and have a well-developed strength, these machines can be simply unnecessary. Athletes and very physically fit people often don't get tired of this type of gym if they only use machines. Another downside is the weather. I just want to remind you that the machines are mostly made of metal, we know how easily it responds to temperature and weather conditions. Often these gyms shortly after being open are destroyed by people who have no respect for other people's work. Unfortunately, we're not in a position to influence other activities, so we can only hope that in our fitness clubs it won't be difficult to do something like this on our own.
