Is organic food better?

1. Organic food, what do you mean?
The exclusive right to produce organic food is granted to organic farms which have obtained an appropriate certificate after meeting certain requirements. These obligations include: no use of artificial fertilisers and plant protection products, no production of genetically modified food, no disposal of sprays and artificial fertilizers, animals kept on the open road and fed organic feed. Eco-food processing companies may not use preservatives, colours, flavourings and flavour enhancers. This certificate, regulated by Union law, is intended to assure consumers that the food they pay for is, in spite of the fact, environmentally friendly.2. Is it organic food at all or is quality the price?
Why is organic food more expensive? Organic crop yields are usually lower due to losses and failure to grow with chemicals. In the case of animal husbandry, this is the cost of providing them with the right conditions, more expensive feed and the certificates themselves, although farmers receive EU subsidies. All this is to ensure better quality of products. Organic vegetables and fruits normally have more vitamins, minerals and antioxidants than the food available in the market. This is particularly true of vitamins C and B.3. Fear of Pesticides
What distinguishes organic food is the lack of chemical plant protection products used for its cultivation. These are intended to kill weeds, fungi, pests, i.e. all the factors that could reduce yields. So it is widely believed that conventional food is stru, and only eko is healthy. However, it is worth knowing that every food must pass tests to determine its pesticide and metachemical content before being allowed on the market.4. Is it even a choice to be healthy?
In the case of vegetables and fruits, the answer is hard, the likelihood of contamination of conventional food with pesticides is low. If we can't afford organic food, it's still better for our health to eat any vegetables than not eating them at all for fear of chemistry. When it comes to meat, organic food definitely wins here. Not only for humanitarian reasons, because animals raised in this way live in better conditions and eat natural food for them, but because of our health benefits.
