It is important to take an approach to the body as a whole and to take care of both physical and mental health. Can products be categorized as healthy or unhealthy? The basis of health and well-being is a comprehensive approach and providing everything the body needs. Often, in the pursuit of an objective, one can go to extremes and thus divide everything into good or bad.

1. Dividing products into healthy and unhealthy whether it makes sense

Such a dietary approach can be classified as a disorder orthorexia, or a pathological focus on eating only healthy food. But what does it mean to eat healthy or unhealthy food?

2. Food groups according to the NOVA classification

The 80/20 rule allows you to enjoy meetings with friends, family gatherings, or vacation trips without constantly wondering what you're going to eat. You have to have a healthy mind. To achieve the effects associated with getting better with each meal, you have to start with the right body weight, you don't have to deny everything.
