1. Recommendations for fluid intake
Standard water imbalances normally return to normal after 24 hours.Food Safety estimates daily fluid demand, the total amount of water from beverages and food products, to be about 2 litres for women and about 2.5 liters for men (with moderate physical activity and moderate environmental conditions). The body loses water constantly, while fluid intake is an episodic activity. The European Food Safety Authority estimates that per kilogram of body weight is 3045 ml/kg body weight, e.g. 70 × 30 ml = 2100.2. It's an indicator of watering with beverages
When we look at the analyses, we can find studies that only determine the efficiency of the water level in physically active people in the context of accelerated regeneration. In this study, however, they compared different beverages and received the so-called water level of drinks (WNN). Then, after 2 hours, their urine was collected for the study. Unsurprisingly, they obtained the best hydration status of the oral water-hydration drinks. However, in this study they did equally well in the case of fattening milk and milk-healthy drinks, as well as full-fledged soaps. The equally surprising fact is that the water, drinks and water-based drinks obtained the same amount of energy from the consumption of the essential nutrients of water.
