1. Migraine is the cause and the diagnosis

3. Migraine is a form of prevention

Consideration should be given to the introduction of preventive treatment if: there are more than 3 severe migraine attacks per month, the seizures are severe, they take place over a period of several days, the pain episodes do not subside after administration of the side medicine, ?? the migraine aura prolongs and prevents proper functioning. First, the above mentioned factors should be eliminated, secondly, medicines recommended by a doctor should be used. Patients should be treated with low doses of the aforementioned medicines, they should be increased if necessary.

4. Migraine diet and supplementation

Of course, it is also important to avoid certain foods that increase the risk of pain episodes, including tyramine-containing products, such as yellow cheese, cocoa, chocolate, milk and all its ingredients, vinegar, cinnamon, tea, citrus fruits, bananas, nuts, eggs, cereals, bacon, mushrooms and some salts. It is important to drink at least 1.5 liters of mineral water per day. However, if you do not include any of the ingredients in your diet, including magnesium B, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B, and omega-3 fats, the pharmacological and dietary characteristics of your diet may vary widely, and if you are a person suffering from migraine headache, you may find that there is a significant difference in the way you treat migraine and other health problems.
