Coffee plants grow in intertropical areas. Coffee fruits are carnivorous strawberries that change colour from red to yellow to purple when they mature. Coffee contains many biologically active compounds, including caffeine and a number of antioxidants. The organism is constantly exposed to the harmful effects of free radicals, which are produced both inside and outside of it. The antioxidants neutralize their action. Among them, most of the caffeinated and chlorogenic compounds that come into contact with this first family of amino acids are also found in the blood of the Chlorinaceae family.

2. Green coffee as it's made

The ripe fruit is the red berry, which is similar in size and shape to the cherry fruit. To extract the coffee seeds, two methods are used natural sun drying of the fruit, followed by machine peeling and the so-called wet method. After that they are subjected to a fermentation process that lasts up to 60 hours. Such raw seeds are just green. The raw material for coffee production is the fruit of the tree, which blooms for only a few days, but then several times a year. Each seed contains two semiconductor seeds. The wet method consists of separating the seeds from the coffee bean by the rotten fruit using special fermenters with a large amount of water.

3. Green coffee tastes good

It does not contain the desired intense flavor like roasted coffee beans. Despite the many health benefits of green coffee, chlorogenic acid gives it a mildly acidic flavor. It is recommended primarily for weight loss sufferers. The market for dietary supplements is growing in popularity and the variety of these products is continuing to increase. In addition, it is worth choosing well-known Polish brands. Production under these systems guarantees a high quality of the product. However, despite the numerous health benefits, green coffee does not have a satisfactory flavour. It has a mild, slightly sour flavor and aroma. Due to its unfavorable flavour and flavour characteristics, it has appeared on the market as a dietary supplement in the form of a fat extract.
